Due to the nature of digital products (accounts and diamond top-ups), all sales are final. Refunds are only issued under specific conditions mentioned below.
If you have paid for an item but did not receive it due to a technical error on our part, we will first attempt to fulfill the order. If we cannot, a full refund will be issued to your wallet or original payment source.
We are NOT responsible for refunds if you provide an incorrect Player UID for diamond top-ups, as the transaction is irreversible on the game server.
If a purchased account is found to be "Already Sold" or inaccessible at the time of purchase, we will provide a replacement or a full refund.
Approved refunds are processed within 24-48 hours.
